I am a Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager with a proven background in entertainment, sports, and brand development. I’ve had the privilege of working with NBA athletes, entertainers, and global brands, bringing a mix of strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution to every project. I’m passionate about expanding someone’s brand and serving as the right-hand partner who keeps everything running smoothly. I like to think of myself as the “fix-it” Chief of Staff; someone who anticipates needs, solves problems before they surface, and ensures both personal and professional operations are organized, efficient, and elevated. My experience includes personal and business accounting, budgeting, complex travel coordination, property management, staff training, and consulting. I have managed clients in different facets of this business and understand how to lead with clarity, communication, and excellence. Clients rely on me because I’m efficient, discreet, and fully committed to delivering world-class support. TALENT MANAGER AND BRANDING: SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT 

SHANTE WARD MANAGEMENT | MIAMI, FL | 09.2022 – PRESENT 

 

• Develop and execute short and long term strategies to enhance the athlete’s personal brand, visibility, and marketability. 

• Oversee brand positioning to align with the athlete’s values, image, and career goals 

• Source, negotiate, and manage endorsement deals, sponsorships, and partnership agreements. 

• Ensure all contractual deliverables are fulfilled and consistent with the athlete’s public image. 

• Collaborate with PR teams to shape and manage the athlete’s media narrative and reputation. 

• Approve and oversee all public communications, including social media campaigns and brand collaborations. 

• Identify and secure off-court/on-field opportunities in philanthropy, speaking engagements, and entrepreneurship.

• Led the creative development, production, and execution of all live in-arena entertainment, fan experiences and activations. 

• Oversaw all game-day programming, including pregame, halftime, and timeout elements. 

• Partnered with game operations, broadcast, and technical crews to ensure seamless game and event execution. 

• Partnered with marketing, partnerships, and community relations to integrate brand storytelling, promotions, and sponsorship activations into live events. 

• Managed and developed more than 100 employees, including full-time, part-time staff and interns.
